Mpetgroup sells home pet accessories only — feeding, grooming, comfort, play, travel and tidy-up products for dogs and cats. We do not sell pet food, treats, supplements, nutraceuticals, flea or parasite products, or any medication or prescription item.

Our products are general-use accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Product descriptions explain function and comfort only; nothing on the Site is veterinary, medical or training advice. For any health concern, consult a licensed veterinarian.

All prices are shown and charged in USD (United States Dollars). We aim for accuracy, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Promotions and discounts apply only as stated and may be withdrawn at any time.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a confirmation and/or ship the product. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal through secure, PCI-compliant processors. Card payments will appear on your statement as MPETGROUP.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, stock availability, or pricing errors. We sell only products we hold or can supply — we do not take pre-orders for items we do not control.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Please follow the safety and care notes shown on each product page. Many items are for supervised use and are not chew toys; some contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard for small pets. Replace any item that becomes worn or damaged. You are responsible for choosing a product suitable for your pet's size and behaviour.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if these Terms are breached.

All content on the Site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to M PET GROUP, CORP. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party brand names, where mentioned, belong to their respective owners; we do not claim affiliation with them.

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Florida, USA, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
