Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 ET). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Orders of $60 USD or more (after any discounts) qualify for free worldwide tracked shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Tracking, delays & lost parcels
Use the tracking link in your shipping email to follow your order. If a parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact support@mpetgroup.shop and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute parcels sent to an incorrect address.
